We use PayPal as a payment merchant to collect payment of goods bought from our website. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. When an order is taken on our website, users will be directed to the PayPal payment gateway to complete the purchase using either your PayPal account, Credit or Debit card. Credit or Debit card data is stored by WooCommerce and encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

This data is only stored for the purposes of a transaction and is removed from the system following completion of the transaction.

Contacting Form

When you contact us using our contact form, we collect the following information:

  • Telephone number
  • Order / invoice number

We use your telephone number in case we need to contact you directly regarding your enquiry but mostly, contact will be done via email. Supplying your telephone number is completely optional.

The information you submit is only ever used for the purpose of your enquiry and we will only hold your details until the enquiry has been dealt with after which, your details will be automatically removed from our system
